Keeping your body rigid, lower yourself until your chest touches the floor. Then push back up until your arms are extended. However it has been estimated to affect 20 to 40 per cent of the adults and 10 to 20 per cent of children and adolescents in developed countries. It is a misconception that obesity is primarily a problem in the affluent countries; in fact, it is found in all countries in varying degrees.
